We take pride in delivering high-quality custom apparel.  To protect the integrity of our products and ensure fairness to all customers, please review the following return guidelines:

 

🚫 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

• Any garment customized with artwork, printing, or embroidery

• Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or altered

• Products not returned in new, unused condition

Customized items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

 

✔ RETURNABLE ITEMS (BLANK APPAREL ONLY)

Blank, non-customized apparel may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

• All tags and original packaging are still attached

A restocking fee applies:

• $35, or

• 15% of the original sale price,
  whichever is lower.

💳 REFUNDS

Once the return is received and inspected:

• Approved returns are refunded to the original form of payment

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

• Refunds typically post within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank

 

📌 IMPORTANT NOTES

• Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
