If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Items can be returned within 20 days of date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be un-embroidered or screen printed and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging. You can expect your refund within 2-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner). Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return/exchange is the result of our error. Ship the parcel with your packing slip or order # to the address below:

Shipping and handling costs are determined by location of where we will ship your order.  Shipping cost is not reflected in the base product cost.

Do you require Screen Print?  There are extra charges that will apply based upon the number of colors. For example, adding a once color graphic to one side of the shirt is additional cost.  Call for exact quote.

Do you require Embroidery?  There are extra charges that will apply based upon the size and or thread count.  For example, adding a name in 14" font Arial is $10 additional
